Daniela Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at Dewberry & Hubbard. She has spent most of her legal career interning at Dewberry & Hubbard where she has gained invaluable experience in medical malpractice defense and auto injury defense.

Daniela earned a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Health Law Association and the Secretary of the Catholic Law Student Association. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Remedies and received the James J. Taylor Scholarship for Excellence in Health Care Law. Daniela realized her enthusiasm for litigation when she participated in the Oklahoma City University School of Law 1L Moot Court Competition where she was a semifinalist.

Daniela received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2020. She was the President of the Pre-Law Association and Treasurer of the Institute of Managerial Accounting.
